2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated time for delivery is 7 business days.

This delivery timeframe is an estimate and is calculated from the time your order is dispatched, not from the time you place the order.

Delivery to remote or less-accessible locations may take longer.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the shipping carrier.
5. Damages and Issues

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at divinedhoti@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
