We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased on this website. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. In the unlikely event that an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at divinedhoti@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve the problem by either offering a replacement or a store credit, at our sole discretion.
Please note: This exception is strictly for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect as a result of an error on our part. It is not a general return policy.
Exchanges
Since all sales are final, we do not offer exchanges.
